SATURDAY

6:00 am Wakeup
6:30-7:00 Internal Cleansing (Kriyas)
7:00-7:30 Meditation
7:30-8:15 Warm up Yogic Exercises
8:15-9:30 Light Breakfast and Clean up
9:30-11:15 Hatha yoga class & Guided relaxation
11:15-noon Break (Lunch Preparation, Rest, Walk)


Noon-1 Lunch
1:00-1:30 Digestion Postures/ Question & Answer
1:30-2:15 Yoga Siesta
2:15-3:30 Talk & Exploration on a healthy, happy and healing life
3:30-4:00 Pranyama (Breathing Exercises)
4:00-4:30 Introduction to Chakras (Energy centers)
4:30-6:00 Hatha yoga (7 postures to open chakras)
6:00-6:30 Break (Dinner Prep)


6:30-7:15 Dinner
7:15-8:00 Tea and Sharing Circle
8:30-9:30 Guided Meditation and relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
9:30 Sleep & Dream time


SUNDAY

Same schedule until Dinner
Close with Traditional Indian Meal
Sharing Circle and Prayer


(Retreat finished, participants return home happy and
fulfilled for more dream yoga)

We are thinking to charge around $175-250 for the
weekend. Depending on the facility and peoples budget.
If people would like to come and cant pay the full
fare, we will offer a few work exchange scholarships.
